Zuoz in the beautiful Engadine

It was a work day today as I travelled to Zuoz to prepare for the summer camps. The  train was also my office for 7 hours as i marked many of the 140 tests received. Great to be able to glance out at the scenery , which never fails to take my breath away. Long stretches of golden fields of dandelions in stark contrast with the lush green forests and the surrounding mountains still with the occasional snowy patches.

11 years of Zuoz and the magestic Lyceum Alpinum. I cannot imagine not being there and will continue to work here as long as I can get up and down the hill and the hundreds of stairs in the school. 😏
What a view from the teachers'sroom at the Lyceum.

Where in the world can weeds (dandelions), buildings and railway lines look so fantastic?

iII Perhaps you can feel how much I love this valley. I will be back in July for 5 weeks. Brilliant !
Tomorrow Wales. Hope to send some good photos of the spectacular scenery there too 😀
